07 / CONDITION & OWNERSHIP

The details that matter.

Condition & recent use

The seller describes the car as being in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition: a strong-running, fantastic-looking driver’s car, with no leaks or unusual noises, no curb rash, and tires in great shape. The oil was recently changed. The seller reports a recent drive from Fresno and would be comfortable making the return trip.

Current shop assessment

The car is currently at McIlvain Motors, an independent Porsche shop. Buyers are welcome to speak with the shop—please coordinate with the seller first. The seller reports that the car is now running impeccably.

Minor imperfections

  • Fading on a couple of HRE wheel emblems.
  • Window tint is deteriorating and would benefit from replacement.
  • The passenger window is not indexing correctly.
  • Localized wear on the lower passenger-seat cushion from water damage.
  • Fine spider cracks in portions of the carbon-fiber front lip.
  • Minor cosmetic wear around the paint, consistent with use.

Equipment & included items

Two factory keys with integrated remote fobs are included. The original wheels are not included. See Equipment & Upgrades for the complete exterior, interior, wheel, suspension, and performance details.

The previous owner is described as having babied the car, with limited use over the past few years. A driver’s Turbo for someone who wants to enjoy the manual experience without worrying about adding miles to a collector-grade example.

Arizona rebuilt title

The Arizona rebuilt title is in the seller’s name. A paper title has been requested and is expected within approximately ten days of that request. Receipt of the physical title will be confirmed here.

Understanding the title history

The salvage designation dates to 2011, when the car’s market value was lower. The seller’s view is that the same damage assessed against today’s value could have led to a different insurance outcome; this is context, not a verified reassessment of the insurance decision.

A salvage title alone does not establish current condition. Review the original damage, repair documentation, and an independent inspection to judge the car on its merits.
